Purchase ripe but firm strawberries. *Nicely shaped strawberries will make your presentation beautiful. Use chocolate melts that are made specifically for dipping.

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate in a double broiler or crock pot. Start low and be sure not to burn it. If you do burn it, or it is too thick, try adding a tablespoon of vegetable oil. Rinse strawberries carefully and let them dry completely. (If water gets into the chocolate it will ruin it) Dip strawberries by holding onto the stem or by using a skewer. if you are going to roll the strawberries in sprinkles, let them drip dry first. Lay dipped strawberries on waxed paper to dry. To drizzle another color, just dip a spoon into the chocolate and rut it over the strawberries after the first layer has dried.

Sprinkle suggestions:
Sliced almonds, brown sugar, colored sugars, coconut, mini M & M's. Be Creative
