1/2 cup sugar

Directions:
Spray bottom of 9x13 pan with Pam. Blend well with 2 knives the butter, flour and powdered sugar and pat into a 9x13 cake pan. Bake @ 325 until golden brown. Cool. Blend cream cheese and sugar and spread over baked pastry. Combine fruit and water; bring just to boiling; reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes. Strain, reserving juice. Combine sugar and cornstarch; gradually add reserved juice. Cook, stirring constantly until thick and clear. Cool slightly. Add lemon juice. Pour glaze over fruit in pastry shell. It looks like you don't have enough to cover all the strawberries, but just keep relocating the glaze with a spoon until it covers all the strawberries. Use a spatula to get every last drop out. Chill
