1 medium onion, sliced
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 lb. round steak, sliced in 1/2" strips
2 cans mushroom soup
1 c. beef broth
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
dash salt & pepper
garlic to taste
1 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet, saute onion in 2 T. oil until tender, remove from pan. In same skillet, cook meat in remaining oil until brown. Add onions, soup, broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper & garlic.
Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 45 minutes. Turn off burner & stir in sour cream, heat.
Serve over noodles.
