1 Gallon French Vanilla Ice Cream
2 14-0unce Packages Shredded Coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Make ice-cream balls with a 11/2" scoop, then roll each ball in the shredded coconut. Place the balls in foil or paper mini-muffin wrappers and set on a tray. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze.
