4 cups hot, drained, cooked macaroni (about 8 oz. uncooked)
2 Tbsp. butter
1 1/4 cup sharp cheese (1/3 lb. or more)
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 beaten eggs
3 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Butter an 11 by 7 oblong baking dish. Make layers (half the macaroni and seasonings, half the butter, half the cheese, and repeat with remaining halves.) Beat eggs and add milk. Pour on top. Sprinkle with paprika (optional). Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
