3 cups Rice Chex 1 1/2 cups brown sugar 1/2 cup melted butter 1 cup coconut 1 cups nuts 1/2 gallons vanilla ice cream
Mix all ingredients except the ice cream. Press 2/3 of it into a 9 X 13" pan. Spread the slightly melted ice cream over the Chex layer and then sprinkle the remaining Chex mix on top. Freeze till use but let thaw slightly before eating!
