8 to 10 chicken breasts
2 green peppers, chopped
2 onions, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 lg. pkg. spaghetti
2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup
2 cans Cream of Celery soup
2 cans Cream of Chicken soup
1 large jar pimentos
2 c. milk
salt, pepper, garlic to taste
grated cheese

Boil chicken and cut into bite-size pieces. Reserve broth. Saute green pepper, onion and celery until limp. Cook spaghetti in reserved broth. Mix soups together and add sautéed vegetables, chicken and cooked spaghetti. Add the pimentos and milk. Spray two 13" x 9" x 2" casserole dishes with nonstick spray. Fill dishes with spaghetti mixture and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 350º for 30 min.
