2 lb. lean hamburger
1/4 c. flour
onions, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the hamburger and add onion, salt and pepper to taste. Turn down the heat. Stir in the dry flour to the meat mixture, add potato water, if available, to the meat mixture and turn up the heat til the gravy comes to a boil and thickens. Serve over potatoes or toast.
