2 lb. hamburger, cooked and drained
3-4 c. peeled,sliced potatoes
2 c. carrots, sliced
1/2 onion, sliced
1/2 c. rice
1 qt. tomato juice
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Layer the ingredients in a large casserole dish. Start with hamburger then the veggies, rice and top with the tomato juice until the ingredients are covered. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover the baking dish and bake in a 350 oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
