2 c flour
1 c packed light brown sugar
1/2 butter, melted
1 c whole pecans
2/3 c butter
1/2 c packed light brown sugar
1 bag milk chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 3 ingredients and mix at medium speed. Pat into 9"x13" pan. Sprinkle pecans over crust. Cook the 2/3 c butter and 1/2 c brown sugar over medium heat, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil and boil 1 minute. Pour evenly over crust. Bake at 350 for 18 - 22 minutes until the carmel layer is bubbly. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Let them melt and gently spread.
