Personal Notes:
Emily (Hollenshead) McAdams submitted this in memory of her late daddy. Her mother, Dorothy (Bellew) Hollenshead served this often. It is an easy recipe and was a favorite of all who enjoyed meals at her mommy and daddy's house. Jack, Jr., the Editor of this cookbook, took this recipe photo of his daddy.
