1 can Mushroom soup
1 can Beef Consomme soup
1 c. uncooked rice
3/4 can water
3/4 tsp. salt
1 (sm.) onion, diced
1 (sm.) bell pepper, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and put in a covered dish or cover with foil (stir once or twice while cooking) and cook for 1 hr.at 350. You can add water if it looks as if it is getting too dry.

Dorothy was the wife of the late Jack Hollenshead, Sr., the daughter-in-law of the late Charlie and Carrie Lou (Wade) Hollenshead and the mother of Emily (Hollenshead) McAdams who submitted one of her mom's favorite recipes in her memory. Mom used this as a side often.
