Ingredients:  
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
2 pkg. Mexican Cornbread mix
2 eggs
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 chicken, cooked and deboned

Directions:

Saute chopped onion and celery. Mix all other ingredients together and bake at 350 for 50 min.
