Ingredients:  
6 oz. pkg. butterscotch chips
1 stick margarine
pinch of salt
2 c sugar
13 oz. can evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Melt maraginer & chips. Remove from heat and blend in sugar & salt. SLOWLY add evaporated milk. Bring to full rolling boil. Remove from heat.
