2 cup all purpose flour
1 cup sugar
tsp. Salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup diced dates
1 cup fresh cranberries
cup salad oil
Grated rind of 2 oranges
2 eggs beaten
1 cup buttermilk

Glaze
1 cup sugar
1 cup Orange juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.

Combine flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and soda. Stir in dates, nuts, berries and orange rind. Combine eggs, buttermilk and salad oil. Add to the flour-fruit mixture, stir until blended. Pour into well-greased 10 tube pan. Bake 1 hour.

Let stand in pan until lukewarm. Remove to rack placed over wide dish. Combine OJ and sugar and pour over cake. Pour drippings over cake again. Set in deep plate. Wrap in foil. Refrigerate 24 hours.
