1 medium angel food cake 2 - 3 oz. pkgs orange jello 2 c boiling water 1 pt. orange sherbet 2 c Cool Whip 2 cans (small) mandarin oranges coconut
Break cake into pieces in 9 x 13" pan. Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add 1 pt. orange sherbet. Let set until cool and slightly congealed. Add cool whip and DRAINED oranges. Pour over top of cake. Sprinkle with coconut, as desired. Let set several hours before serving.
