2 15 ounce cans black eyed peas ( drained)

1 15 ounce can hominy ( drained)

1 medium pepper chopped

1 onion chopped

1 clove garlic minced

2 tomatoes chopped up small

2 hot peppers chopped ( chili peppers)

fresh parsley- chopped

1 8 ounce bottle Italian dressing

Mix and chill for 12 hours, serve with tortilla or nacho chips.
