Brisket (6 pound one, if desired)
1/2 c. water
1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup

Directions:
Directions:
Put brisket in a 9 x 13 pan fat-side up. Add about 1/2 cup water to the pan and sprinkle with the package of Lipton Onion Soup. Cover with foil. Bake at 250 for 4 to 5 hours. Let brisket rest in foil covered pan after baking time.
