4-5 squash chopped
4-5 carrots
2-3 onions chopped
salt and pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. peppridge farm stuffing
1/2 c. milk
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Stew squash, carrots,onions, and salt and pepper until tender. Drain. Put in casserole dish. Mix other ingredients together and pour on squash mixture. Sprinkle with additional stuffing mix. Dot with butter. Baker 30 min. at 325.
