Ingredients:  
1 lb. pork tenderloin or smoked sausage, cut into chunks
16 oz. jar thick chunky salsa
3 15 oz. cans black beans, rinsed and drained, (or can use dried beans cooked according to directions)
1 can chicken broth
1 med. red pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tsp. ground cumin
3 tsp. chilli powder
1 - 1 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except sour cream in slow cooker. Cover. Book on low 6-8 hours, until pork is tender. Garnish individual servings with sour cream. Good served over brown rice.
