1 (24-oz.) can artichoke hearts
1 (32-oz.) can chicken stock
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c .& 1 T. flour
32 oz. heavy cream
1 lb. peeled, deveined shrimp

Directions:
Directions:
In a lg. stock pot add the artichoke hearts, chicken stock, and salt. Boil for 12 min. In a cast iron skillet, stir together flour and butter to make a roux. Add the roux to the stock pot. Gradually stir in the cream. Simmer for 10 min. Add shrimp & simmer for additional 5 min. Serve with chopped green onions & sherry, if desired.
