1 12.3-ounce package silken “lite” firm tofu, drained
3 tablespoons brown sugar
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon or to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all together until mixed well and smooth. Chill and serve with mixed fruit slices. Yield: 1 1/4 cups or 5-1/4 cup servings
