one 16 oz box Graham Crackers
one and 1/2 sticks butter
one cup sugar
one egg
1/2 cup milk
one cup chopped pecans
one cup shredded coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Line a 13 by 9 ince pan with whole crackers. Melt butter in saucepan and add sugar.Beat egg and milk, add to butter mixture. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add nuts, coconut and one cup crushed cracker crumbs. Pour over crackers in pan. Cover with another layer of whole Graham Crackers. Prepare topping.

two cups powdered sugar
one teaspoon vanilla
1/2 stick butter softened
3 tablespoons milk. Beat all ingredients together and spread over top of crackers. chill. Cut into squares after several hours.

This recipe freezes very well and can be cut into 1 inch squares making about 48 pieces.
