"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 1 clove garlic, minced 2 lbs. Velveeta cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes 1 tsp. chili powder 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 - 16 oz. can tomato sauce
Cook ground beef and garlic until meat is browned, stirring to crumble meat. Drain well and set aside. Place in larger container. Add cubed cheese, tomato sauce and seasonings. A crock pot works well for this. Simmer on low until cheese melts and flavors blend. Serve warm with tortilla chips. This makes about 6 cups and may be halved.
