3 egg whites, beaten till stiff
1 cup sugar
12 crushed soda crackers
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup chopped nut meats (??)
1/2 tsp vanilla
peaches, sliced and drained
shipping cream or Dream Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Gradually add sugar slowly into the beaten eggs. Fold in the crackers, baking powder, nut meats and vanilla. Pour into a pie pan and bake for 30 minutes on 325 heat.
To serve: when crust is cooled, place the peaches around the center of the crust and add the whipping cream on top. The moisture will make crust soggy so wait till you are ready to eat it to put the pie "together".
