1 pkg of tuna, drained, your favorite
1/4, plus 2 tbsp cheddar cheese, shredded
pepper to taste
1 tbsp green onions, sliced thin
2 tbsp plain, yogurt
2 tsp diced pimiento
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
slices of bread
Pam cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients (except bread and Pam) together. Spread this mixture over bread slices of bread, top with another slice and flip on griddle, use pannini pan or broil open-faced. Serve warm.
