5 c. shredded cabbage
1 carrot shredded
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped green or red onion
1/4 c. chopped sweet red pepper
1/3 c. walnuts
1/3 c. dried cranberries
Dressing:
2 T. canola oil
2 T. balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. soy sauce1 tsp. minced garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dressing ingredients. In a large mixing bowl combine cabbage vegetables, nuts and cranberries. Add dressing; toss to coat. Cover and chill.
