1 1/2 c. cut fresh green beans
1/2 c. crumbled blue cheese
1/2 C pitted ripe olives, halved lengthwise
2 T. olive oil
2 tsp. vinegar1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place green beans in a small saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Cook, uncovered for 8-10 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain. Place beans in a bowl; refrigerate until chilled. Add blue cheese, olives oil, vinegar, salt and pepper; toss gently to coat. Refrigerate until serving.
