1 c. Yellow Onion - Minced
3/4 c. Celery - Minced (Include some leaves)
1/2 c. Butter, Margarine or Bacon grease
2 qt. Bread Cubes
1/2 lb. Mushrooms
2 tsp. Poultry Seasoning
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1 tbsp. Worchestire
1/4 c. Parsley - Minced
1 - 2 Eggs - Slightly beaten
1/2 lb. Pork Sausage
Chicken Broth

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, celery, mushrooms over medium heat for five minutes or until golden. Brown sausage. Mix with remaining ingredients. Stuff in turkey or Bake in uncovered casserole at 325 for 1 hour.
