1/4 c. butter or margarine
2 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in 425 oven in shallow 9 or 10" round baking pan, (iron skillet works great). Meanwhile, mix eggs and flour until almost smooth, add milk and blend well. Pour into hot butter and bake 20 to 25 minutes until golden with dark brown edges. Top with fresh fruit or crisp cooked cinnamon apple slices.
