2 eggs
1 1/3 cups sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
juice of 1/2 orange or 1/4 cup orange juice
3 cups diced rhubarb
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar


Directions:
Directions:
Line a 9 inch pie pan with your favorite crust. Beat the eggs, then add the sugar, flour, juice. Stir in rhubarb. Pour into crust. Mix the butter, flour, and brown sugar and sprinkle on rhubarb mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes and then at 350 degrees for l5 minutes.
