1 lb ground round 1 lb mushrooms, sliced 1/2 c onions, diced 1 pkg beef flavored mushroom soup mix 1 pkg au jus gravy mix 2 c water 3 tbsp tomato sauce 1 pkg frozen peas garlic salt and pepper to taste
Brown the mushrooms and onions together. Add the ground round and brown. Add soup mix and gravy mix and cook 1 minute. Add water, tomato sauce and peas. Simmer until peas are cooked. Season to taste with garlic salt and pepper. Serve over noodles or mashed potatoes.
