1/2 C RED WINE VINEGAR
1 T SOY SAUCE

3OZ.PKG RAMEN NOODLES
1 C CHOPPED PECANS
1/4 C BUTTER
1 BUNCH BROCCOLI. COARSELY CHOPPED
1 HEAD ROMAINE LETTUCE, TORN INTO PIECES
4 GREEN ONIONS, SLICED

FOR DRESSING, COMBINE FIRST 4 INGREDIENTS IN A CONTAINER WITH A TIGHT FITTING LID..SHAKE UNTIL WELL BLENDED.
FOR SALAD, BREAK NOODLES INTO SMALL PIECES, DISCARDING FLAVOR PACKET. HEAT BUTTER IN SKILLET AND LIGHTLY BROWN NOODLES AND PECANS; DRAIN ON PAPER TOWELS AND COOL. COMBINE NOODLES, PECANS AND VEGETABLES IN LARGE SALAD BOWL, MIXING GENLTY. ADD DRESSING AND TOSS TO COAT.
