1/2 C WATER

1/2 C APRICOT PRESERVES
2T BROWN SUGAR
1T SOY SAUCE

Directions:
PLACE CORNED BEEF IN LARGE BAKING DISH THAT HAS BEEN COATED WITH COOKING SPRAY. ADD WATER-COVER TIGHTLY WITH FOIL AND BAKE AT 350 FOR 2 HOURS.

DRAIN LIQUID.

IN SMALL BOWL COMBINE REMAINING INGREDIENTS AND SPREAD EVENLY OVER CORNED BEEF, BAKE AN ADDITIONAL 25-30 MINUTES BASTING OCCASIONALLY TIL FORK TENDER.

SLICE ACROSS THE GRAIN AND SERVE
