2 c. cooked wild rice (about 1/2 c. uncooked)
2 lg. Delicious apples
1 T. lemon juice
2 T. brown sugar
2 ribs celery, sliced
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. dairy sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cook & chill wild rice. Dice the unpared apples & toss with a mixture of the lemon juice & brown sugar. Stir in the celery & wild rice. Blend the mayonnaise with the dairy sour cream & toss this into the salad ingredients, mixing well. Chill thoroughly, but not longer than 6 to 8 hours. Garnish with lettuce leaves. Sprinkle with peanuts, if desired.
