Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 cups uncooked salad noodles
3 hard boiled eggs (chopped finely)
4 sweet pickles (chopped finely)
2 celery stalks (chopped finely)
1/4 of a small onion (finely chopped)
1/2 lb cooked devained small shrimp (finely chopped)
4 cups Miracle Whip
1/2 cup French's Mustard ( I use the Honey Mustard)
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to box and rinse.
Put first six ingredients in a bowl and set aside while you make the dressing.
Mix the Miracle Whip, mustard and salt and pepper. Mix these ingredients to taste. We normally like more mustard in ours and I have added a little lemon juice to it also which is good. Gently toss in the dressing. It looks like a lot of dressing but when this salad sits over night it tends to seep up the dressing. This salad is best when made the day before and the taste all have time to mix. You can decorate the top with hardboiled eggs that are cut in halves of quarters and sprinkled with paprika.

Store in an air tight container. Enjoy!

My family is not big on raw onion so i use onion powder to give it the little bit of onion flavor needed.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Mom made a great shrimp salad but no one seemed to have it written down so here it is to the best of my ability for measurements.
