Ingredients:
1 cup (6 oz.) peanut butter chips
2 tbsp. margarine
1 tbsp. water
1 can (3 oz.) chow mein noodles
1/3 cup raisins
1/3 cup shredded coconut
Confectioners' sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Put chips, margarine and water in a medium size saucepan. Stir over very low heat until melted and smooth.  Add noodles, raisins and coconut, stir until blended.  Turn out onto a piece of foil about 16 ins. long.  When cool enough to handle, shape with fingers into a 14-inch long roll.  Wrap in foil and refrigerate at least one hour until firm.  Unwrap, roll in confectioners' sugar, then cut into rounds.  Should make about 24 cookies. (I make them at night, refrigerate overnight, and cut the next day.)
