3 c. sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 t. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. milk
1 t. vanilla
TOPPING INGREDIENTS:
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 c. pecan pieces
1 c. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Cook & mash sweet potatoes. Mix w/remaining ingredients & pour into baking dish. TOPPING: Mix brown sugar, flour, pecans & butter; pour over potato mixture. Bake at 350 until brown - about 45 minutes.

Personal Notes:
I used Splenda instead of sugar and brown Sugar Twin instead of brown sugar, I used half the suggested quantities of butter. The milk I used was what we drink - 1%. This is delicious and a different way to have sweet potatoes.
