For 9-inch deep-dish pie:
3 c. berries, fresh or well-drained
2/3 c. sugar (adjust if the fruit is already sweet)
4 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. whipping cream (not whipped)

For 8-inch deep-dish or ready-made 9-inch:
2 cups berries, fresh or well-drained
1/2. c. sugar (adjust if fruit is already sweet)
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. whipping cream (not whipped)

Directions:
Directions:
Stir dry ingredients together thoroughly and combine with cream, a little at t time. Put berries in unbaked pie shell and pour cream mixture over them. Bake in a 400 oven for 35-45 minutes. Pie will be bubbly and browned slightly on top.

Can be made with raw, frozen or canned berries, cherries, apples, peaches, or whatever you have.

I've made it with blueberries, blackberries, and peaches. I also loved it when Mom made it with apples.
