1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 T. buttermilk
5 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, gradually add sugar, beating well. Add eggs, one at a time, beat well after each; add buttermilk, beat well. Mix flour, soda, salt and stir well into creamed mixture. Chill dough well or overnight. Roll and cut out. Bake @ 400 for 7 min.
