2 c. sourdough starter (feed it without removing some for bread)
1 tbsp. melted butter
1/3 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 drop of yellow food coloring, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients and beat until smooth. Cover and store batter overnight in refrigerator. Let stand 15 minutes at room temperature before cooking. Stir. Cook on hot, greased griddle.

This are very tender pancakes with strong sourdough flavor. I have several other sourdough pancakes if you're interested in trying another.
