2 squares (2-ounces) semisweet chocolate 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter 1 cup sugar 2 eggs, beaten 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 375º. Melt the chocolate and butter together in microwave. Add the sugar and vanilla, then the eggs; beat well. Pour the filling into greased pie pan and bake for 25 minutes or until cooked in center. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream
