2 bricks cream cheese
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
2 tbsp. chili paste (if you can't find it, substitute a little cayenne pepper)
3/4 c. coconut milk
1 tsp. curry powder
1 c. broken cashews
1 tbsp. lime juice
1/4 c. chopped cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Dump all ingredients except lime juice and cilantro in a crock pot (spray with cooking spray first). Heat for 2 hours or so. Don't stir until ready to serve. When ready to serve, stir in lime juice and garnish with cilantro. Serve with raw vegetables and crackers.
