Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 clove garlic, peeled
1 pkg. smoked salmon
1 glass white wine (substitute white grape juice, broth, or water, or leave it out)
1 large can tomato puree
salt and pepper
heavy cream
cooked pasta for serving (I use cheese ravioli)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat olive oil and garlic in a pan. When the garlic changes color, take it out. Add the salmon and break it up a bit as it heats. Add the juice/broth and let evaporate. Add salt, pepper, and tomato puree. Let simmer 1 hour. Just before serving, add just enough cream to turn the sauce pink. Serve over pasta.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
