1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 lb. fish fillets
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs or cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Salt and pepper fish as desired. Lay flat in a 9" x 13" greased pan. Spread the crumbs evenly over the fish. Sprinkle lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce over the crumbs. Bake in 500 oven for about 15 min. Serve with lemon wedges and tartar sauce if desired.
