Ingredients:  
1 1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda
3 cups of flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 cup of milk
Juice and rind of 1 orange

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients and bake at 350 for 10 minutes.

Frosting:
Juice and rind of one orange, 1 tsp. of butter and enough powdered sugar to thicken.
Spread on cookies.
