1 Large yellow sweet onion chopped,
6 to 10 oriental hot red dried chilies,
2 cans salmon,
2 cans tomatoes and green chilies ( Rotel or whatever brand you choose),
olive oil as needed

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions and chilies until onion is translucent. Add salmon and tomatoes. Simmer for 20 mins and eat with flour tortillas or sopapillas.
ALL OF YOU SISSIES BETTER WATCH OUT FOR THOSE LITTLE RED CHILIES !!!!!

A good friend of ours made this for us and it was a family recipe from Guiana. She serves it with a sopapilla like bread called bake.
