1 egg white
1 tsp. cold water
1 lb. pecans halves
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg white and water until fluffy, but not stiff. Add pecans and mix until all nuts are coated. Mix sugar, salt and cinnamon in bowl. Add nuts and mix. Butter a 10 x 15 jelly roll pan. Bake 225 for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
