Layer 1:
1/2 c melted oleo
1c flour
1c chopped nuts
(bake for 10 minutes at 350
Layer 2:
1-8 oz. cream cheese
1c confectioner sugar
1c cool whip
Layer 3:
2 Small pakg choc. instant pudding mix
3 1/2 c milk
1 tsp vanilla
Layer 4:
Cool whip
