Boil water & sugar; stir. Remove from heat and add 2 cups cold water - let sit till room temperature. Add 1 tsp or more of peppermint extract. Add 2 cups or 1 pint. of Ever Clear. Shake. Keep chilled - makes 1/2 gallon.
